87 House Dems, but not Price? Miller? Etheridge?

There are now 87 House Democrats telling President Bush that they will not support additional funding for the war UNLESS Bush commits, as part of the bill, to get our troops out of Iraq by the end of his term. I squinted at the list, and I see Mel Watt and G.K Butterfield included from the North Carolina contingent. But I don’t see war opponent David Price. Or war opponent Brad Miller. Or the conservative Democrat in our Triangle congressional trio, the one who famously said the war was not his issue … and who just voted against the S-CHIP health care for kids bill because it was too tough on tobacco growers; that would be Bob Etheridge.
